Ways to Organize Your Bathroom

Fact: sometimes a bathroom can be the messiest room in your home. From a surplus of hygiene products to towels, sometimes organizing your bathroom can be a tad overwhelming. If you’re looking for simple ways to organize the most popular room in your home, then follow these helpful tips:

Buy Storage

One of the simplest ways to implement some organization in your bathroom is to purchase some storage units from your local home goods store. From makeup holders too large plastic crates, the possibilities are entirely endless (and helpful). If you’re not sure where to start and have a vanity sink, then start organizing under the sink itself. Start by purchasing some organization crates and place them in a helpful pattern under the sink, Next, take every product under your sink and place them in one of the containers. Once this is done, you’ll instantly notice how helpful (and great) this will be in your bathroom!

Downsize Your Towels

Although a collection of towels might seem like the best solution, it could be more clutter-worthy than good. Believe it or not, the average home only needs approximately ten towels and nothing more. To start the decluttering process, take your towels and sort them out by season and use. If you notice some worn-out towels, then it’s best to either repurpose them or dispose of them. Once this step is complete, take your new collection of bathroom towels and store them away. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much more room you’ll have in your commode!

Use Coffee Mugs

Looking for a way to declutter your medicine cabinet? One of the simplest ways to do this is to take some old coffee mugs and give them a new purpose: to organize your medicine cabinet essentials! Start by taking out everything in your cabinet. From there, group all similar items together. Once that’s complete, take all related items and place them in a coffee mug. Finally, take all the coffee mugs and place them in your medicine cabinet. This will not only add a fun twist to your cabinet but will also make organization much easier!
